To Managers and Coaches:

General Rules about field usage:

1. If mud is oozing from underneath your shoes than it not recommended that you play on the field. This leaves the field in an unplayable state for the next team.

2. The BPGSA did not purchase field dry this year.

3. Do not use/dig from the hill side at Peters Creek. We have spent a lot of time and money to get that field in the shape that it is in. DO NOT USE shale, top soil and weeds from the hillside to dry the field.

4. The equipment boxes behind the backstops should be organized and clean. If there are helmets in the boxes. They should be placed on the shelves. Other teams and divisions use these boxes also.

5. If you are the last team playing at Peter's Creek that day, take all water bottles/garbage from the bench area. There is no garbage can and the BPGSA is responsible for removing garbage that we create.
